Laurent Poole
Laurent Poole is a Managing Partner at New Harbor Investment Management and the firm’s principal on-the-ground operator in Mexico. With more than 35 years in real estate development and 20 years of direct experience in Mexican real estate markets, Laurent leads deal origination, developer relationship management, and project oversight across the firm’s entire portfolio.
Laurent’s deep network of developer relationships, built over two decades of working in Mexico, gives New Harbor preferred access to high-quality deal flow that offshore investors cannot replicate. His firsthand market knowledge underpins the firm’s underwriting discipline and its ability to identify opportunities in Mexico’s highest-growth urban submarkets. Laurent graduated from The University of Chicago with a degree in Economics.
Madison Poole
Madison Poole is a Managing Partner at New Harbor Investment Management, where he oversees investor relations, fund operations, and strategic growth. With deep experience in cross-border real estate, Madison plays a central role in structuring New Harbor’s investment vehicles and managing relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors.
Madison brings a hands-on approach to every aspect of the firm’s operations, from deal evaluation to investor communication. His ability to bridge U.S. investor expectations with the realities of the Mexican market is central to New Harbor’s value proposition. Madison is a graduate of The University of California Los Angeles and also completed Harvard Business School’s program on Private Equity and Venture Capital.
