CDMX II 

Founded in 2023, CDMX II is the second fund from New Harbor RE. Similar to CDMX I, this fund has a $50M USD credit facility in place, but allows us flexibility to finance residential developers in all areas of the capital stack, ranging from construction and mezzanine debt, to equity participation. This flexibility allows us to be versatile and opportunistic when presented with a wide variety of opportunities.
