Eliseo Cabo

Eliseo Cabo is a land acquisition for future development. Containing both inland and beach front land, totaling 124,000m2. Currently in the permitting process, these pieces of land are slated to become a high end hotel and beach club.

Palm Diamante is located on the Diamante coast of Acapulco. This project is slated to become a 6 tower, 1,100 unit condominium development. Towers 1 and 2 are nearly complete and presales are well underway.

The project is a 32 unit high-end condo

development in the heart of the wealthy

neighborhood of Polanco, Mexico City. The project is located on Campos Eliseos and overlooks theChapultepec Park. This is one of the only neighborhoods in Mexico City that is priced in USD. Construction is well underway and presales have begun.

Barrio Roma

Located in the highly desirable neighborhood of Roma Norte, Mexico City, Barrio Roma is a mixed use project with 64 condo units and 37 street level retail suites. Famous for its trendy restaurants and boutiques, the surrounding Roma and La Condesa neighborhoods cater towards a great lifestyle for the young professional as well as young families. Construction and presales are well underway.

This 14 story, 112 unit condominium project in the southern part of Mexico City, the San Jeronimo area, overlooks the National Autonomous University of Mexico. The construction is complete and the project has sales of 72 of the 112 units.



Alameda is a 24-unit condominium project centrally located in Santa Maria La Ribera neighborhood of Mexico City. The project is across from a community park and next to the architecturally significant museum of Geology. The project is complete and took only 12 months to sell out and achieved sales pricing 25% greater than proforma.

Princess Diamante

Acquired the Fairmont Acapulco Princess and Fairmont Pierre Marques Hotels in fall of 2007.  The hotels were located on 480 acres of ocean front land in the heart of the luxury Diamante neighborhood of Acapulco.  While the property was world renowned, it was dated and not configured for highest and best use.

We immediately reconfigured the real estate and rebranded the complex “Princess Diamante”.  A 480 acre ocean front master planned resort that focused on Lodging, Leisure and Residential.  The Princess hotel was renovated and repositioned.  The Mexican Tennis Open signed a 10 year deal to make Princess Diamante the home of this international tournament. We worked with the municipality to allow us to move both internal and public roads to create additional developable land and increase the allowable building densities. We were able to double the developable land and increase the total number of residential units to 1,800 and permitted commercial space to over 7,000 square meters.


Turtle Dunes

Turtle Dunes Country Club was created as an exclusive Golf and Country Club that served as a center piece and competitive differentiator for Princess Diamante. . The course was designed by Tripp Davis and managed by Troon Golf of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Hamilton Princess

Fondly referred to by Bermudians as ''The Pink Palace,'' The Fairmont Hamilton Princess opened its doors on January 1, 1885. Located on eight ocean front acres in Hamilton harbor, it is the preeminent luxury hotel in Bermuda, catering to both Bermuda’s lucrative financial services and leisure markets. Laurent Poole, thru his GHI partnership acquired the asset in 2007 and immediately commenced an extensive master planning and renovation program at the hotel, culminating in the development of a marina, new pools, restaurants, and renovated guest rooms.  GHI sold the property in late 2012 to the Green family.
